The Tobii HQ is a maze full of ingenuity, strong wills and 450 hard-working and fun loving Tobiians. It is now in need of a multi-skilled Facility Manager to keep the creativity buzzing through your amazing support.


As our Office Manager, you will play a vital role in ensuring that all Tobiians have the best possible workplace and that this is achieved in a smart and resourceful way. You will be the go to person for all matters concerning the office and you will work closely with management on strategic decisions concerning the office environment. You will be managing our three super stars in the Office Service Team who make the daily work in the office run smoothly, man the reception and support managers in various tasks.


The role is based in Mörby and you will be reporting directly to the Global Operations Director.


The role and responsibilitiesIn this role, you will be responsible the security, safety, maintenance and services of our work facilities to ensure they meet the needs of the organization and its employees.

Your days will be filled with


- Together with the Office Service team ensuring that our visitors receive the best possible first impression of Tobii and that our Tobiians always can count on great support from your team

- Overseeing and planning renovation projects throughout the office and supporting managers with coordinating moves within the office

- Ensuring that our office is looking its best and is compliant with health, safety, fire and environmental regulations. You will be the point of contact to our landlord

- Dealing new contracts with office suppliers and renegotiating existing deals

- Coordinating activities related to the office, it can be anything from building a tiki bar to ensuring office security

- Managing the Tobii HQ office budget in a cost-effective way

We are looking for someone who has
- Proven experience in facility management

- A true passion for customer service

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English as well as in Swedish

- Experience from managing a reception, customer service or similar departments


We find it to be a strong merit if you have experience in project management and flex seating/activity based work stations. Experience in AutoCad or similar programs is also quite meriting!
