R&D Administrator – to Tobii Pro R&D

In this role you will helpandassistour different R&D departments with different administrative tasks such as financialplanning and forecasting efforts for projects and departments,project office administration,and otherkey responsibilities both on a weekly, monthly, quarterly and on a request basis.

Your days will be filled withdifferent topics such as:

- Arrangingproject steering group days.Coordinatingthe agenda, invites and preparing material.
- Preparing Tobii Pro R&Dmonthly updates;including organizational and project portfolio updates.
- Gathering input from project leaders to prepare project portfolio overviews for distribution.
- Collectingdelivery precision metrics from the different development teams.?

- Updatingdifferent visual information boards (goals, recruitments, usage statisticsetc).
- Collecting receipts fromexternal SaaS servicesand write expense reports.

We are looking forsomeone who

- Is eager to learnwith a cando attitude
- Has strong communication skillsinboth verbally and writtenEnglish(Swedishis a merit)

- Is a true number-cruncher that thinksworking in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Power Point is a piece ofcake.
- Iscommittedon the principals of continuous improvement.?
- Has great organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Hasexperiencefrom working with accounting and have skills in one or several illustration tools.
- Has an interest in newtechnology.
