Data Scientist

Striving towards continuous delivery, we deliver new features to our customers every week. This is possible thanks to many years of test-driven development. With each push of new code, thousands of tests are run automatically. Our build and release infrastructure ensures that what developers push can be released the same day. Teleopti is now on the lookout for yet another star - a Data Scientist, who wants to work with colleagues and customers from all over the world. At Teleopti you come face to face with world-class agile development. The position is located at our headquarters in central Stockholm. There are also R&D offices in Gävle, Strängnäs and in Shenzhen, China.

What you’ll do
As a Data Scientist, you will play an important role at our R&D department as we deliver better insights to our customers, helping them make good decisions. You will be involved during the whole product life cycle, and work closely with one our development teams at a time. The development teams work in collaboration with the product owners and customers to turn their ideas and requirements into top-class applications. We want you to drive and take initiatives to improve the usage of the data in our products to further empower our users.


Your days will be filled with

- Supporting our teams in using data to improve the user experience
- Discussing the impact map with the product owner, to understand the value we want to deliver to our customers
- Building solutions to deliver insights based on data to our customers
- Improving our internal development efforts by gaining insights about our deliveries and production environments
- Trying out new tools, frameworks and techniques both in machine learning and data analysis
- Inspiring all fantastic colleagues to see the benefits of the data-driven approach

Who you are
- You are not afraid to try out new tools and frameworks
- You have experience in delivering machine learning and/or data analysis solutions
- You believe in data-driven development for customer success
- You thrive working in a team culture where everyone’s opinion is valued
- You enjoy keeping up to date with the latest trends
- You are fluent in English (Swedish is not a requirement)
