Agile Coach and People Manager

With each push of new code, thousands of tests are run automatically. Our build and release infrastructure ensure that what developers push can be released the same day.Teleopti is now on the lookout for yet another star - an Agile Coach and People Manager, who wants to work with colleagues and customers from all over the world.At Teleopti you come face to face with world-class agile development, and you will get to coach some of our agile teams, as well as support your group of developers as their people manager.The position is located at our office in Gävle. There are also R&D offices in Stockholm, Strängnäs and in Shenzhen, China.


What you’ll do
Your primary responsibility will be the role as Agile Coach, coaching and helping the Gävle-based teams to be as effective and efficient as possible. This is done by refining and adopting processes to the teams’ and stakeholders’ needs, identifying and removing obstacles, facilitating meetings etc. As People Manager, you will have staff liability for some of the developers and guide them to reach their personal goals.


Your days will be filled with
- Supporting and coaching agile teams towards high performance
- Ensuring we are flow efficient by using appropriate tools and metrics
- Continuously highlighting improvement areas and making sure impediments are removed
- Inspiring and contributing to a fun and innovative atmosphere
- Coaching and supporting individuals in competence development
- Working together with our Agile coaches on overall process strategies
- Driving efforts for maintaining the energy of "a great place to work" as part of the R&D management

Who you are
- You have an agile mindset and truly believe in the agile principles
- You are experienced in coaching teams and individuals, and you practice servant leadership
- You have a strong interest in flow efficiency and optimizing processes
- You have excellent communication skills
- You are fluent in English (Swedish is not a requirement)
- A background in systems engineering or software product development is advantageous.
