As a Test Leader you will be part ofa development team, specialized in image analysis, programming and machine learning. In your role, you will have access toexperience and support from your colleagues and together with them you are an important resource for CellaVision's continued success. We can offer you a varied, exciting and occasionally challenging work with a lot of responsibility and a great deal of freedom.

The position includes the following tasks

- Coach and lead the team in verification and validation work.
- Manage development projects together withthe Development Manager and Product Manager.
- Write test plans and test reports, as well as analyze test results and report defects.
- Ensure that there is a strong integration of testing in the devlopment phase with early test planning and early / exploratory tests.
- Collaborate with other Test Leaders, Development Managers and Product Manager to continually further develop and improve the testing process in an agile direction.
- Perform tests
- Develop new test cases and write test instructions

Need to have

- Technical Higher Education, Master of Science or equivalent.
- Experience in writing documents for quality assurance, writing technical documentation or producing papers on research
- Previous experience with risk and requirement based testing as well as evaluating and introducing test tools and testing methods.
- A well-developed communicative ability that reflects inyour way of communicating with others as well as in your ability to summarize your work in writing, both in English and in Swedish.

Nice to have

- Experience in project management.
- Experiencein leading test activities.
- Experiencewith automated test.
- Experience with statistical methods.
- Previously worked in medtech/regulated Environments.
