Testledare / Test Lead Hardware

What will you do?

As a Test Leader, you will be part of CellaVision´s development team on Hardware. You will be working with devoted colleagues to develop and further develop the hardware in our medical devices. Along with the team’s Product Manager and Development Manager, you are responsible for planning verification and validation efforts involving both hardware and software. Together with other Test Leaders, you help to manage and further develop the test methodology by conducting early and exploratory testing. You also determine when a product is ready for final testing and ultimately validated.

The position includes the following tasks:

- Responsible for and lead the verification and validation work on Hardware
- Ensure that there is a strong integration of the test work in development work with early test planning and early / exploratory tests
- Write test plans and test reports, as well as analyze test results and report defects
- Write validation plans and validation reports
- Collaborate with other Test Leaders, Development Managers and Product Manager to continually further develop and improve the testing process in an agile direction.
- Develop new test cases and write test instructions
- Perform tests

You need to have

- Technical Higher Education, Master of Science or resembling.
- Multiannual practical experience in: writing documents for quality assurance, writing technical documentation or producing papers on research
- Previous experience working with risk and requirement based testing as well as evaluating and introducing test tools and testing methods.
- A well-developed communicative ability that reflects your way of communicating with others as well as in your ability to summarize your work in writing, both in English and in Swedish.

It´s nice if you have

- Some experienceof test activitiesfor both software and hardware.
- Previously worked in medtech/regulated environments.
