Back Office Engineer

The Back Office Engineer role is part of the Back Office team, at the Operation Department. Location for this job is Stockholm.

Responsibilities:

- Real-time service monitoring
- Detect, investigate and troubleshoot traffic, partner/provider issues and escalate when needed
- B2B support using Zendesk, following priority and lead-times
- Configure/troubleshoot Sinch backend systems to ensure continues service delivery


Requirements:

- Completed postgraduate degree or equivalent experience
- Highly analytical mind-set and willingness to learn and explore new technologies/applications
- Excellent problem solving, organization and multitasking skills
- Proficient in one or more of the technologies and tools we use: VoIP, SIP/RTP, SQL, TCP/IP, Zendesk.
- Fluency in English, written and spoken, is necessary
