Role - Voice & Video Product Manager - Location- Stockholm, Sweden

Sinch enables developers to integrate voice-, video calling and call termination into mobile aps. With a passion for simplicity and the culmination of years of experience in mobile communications, Sinch understands that social features are integral to the success of any app. Developers can quickly and easily integrate the communications functionalities with only a few lines of code. To date 50,000 developers have signed up to our service and that number is rapidly growing. Our customers include companies like Uber, Truecaller, Telegram, Mail.ru & Rovio to name a few. Sinch was recently acquired by CLX communications a OMX Listed business valued at over $600m.

Role and responsibilities

We are now looking for a Voice & Video Product Manager to drive the Product Development of our Voice and Video offerings.

Define and execute effectively on the product roadmap

Work closely with the development team, create stories and setting priorities for the team

Work with sales and other stakeholders to understand priorities and opportunities

Communicate product status proactively to all relevant stake holders

Filter and distil customer queries to help product team improve services

Your background

Some years of experience in a Product Manager role

Good understanding of the trends driving innovation in technology

Good understanding of developers and the development community

Self-starter, creative, comfortable with ambiguity, works both independently and collaborates well in team settings

Detail oriented with strong organizational and time management skills

Possess excellent customer service skills with a customer driven focus and the ability to quickly pivot in a fast-paced environment

Good computer skills - Analytic tools, Office
