We are looking for anExperienced Messaging Architectto take the role of tech-lead for the technical deliverables in aproject for simplification of the inbound/outbound e-mail flow - leverage Microsoft 365 / Exchange Online Protection and align with best practice in the industry (compare with partners, customers, and competitors).We are striving for: Improved security for incoming and outgoing e-mails. Leverage Microsoft’s Cloud platform and the inherent intelligence and automation abilities.

We will prioritize experience working in Ericsson for this role

LevelD -Has exceptional knowledge and skills. Investigates and solves complex problems that require in-depth analysis. Propose solutions that require innovation in terms of procedures, techniques, and methods. Initiates and impels improvement and change.

Have been working as 1) Program Manager within larger programs for more than 4 years. 2) Senior Functional / Technical Expert for over 4 years, and proven innovation skill, and widely recognized as an expert in the field. Has specific Props knowledge. Works 50% to >100 % faster than a B-level person would do, reducing timescales and total hours consumed on the assignment accordingly.

Has Ericsson system experience of many Global Applications and /or technical areas, for more than 4 years.

Has knowledge of several (sub) Process Areas in Ericsson linked to these Global Applications /Technical Areas and is widely known and respected within Ericsson. In extreme cases, could replace the need for two B- or C-level Solution Experts on the assignment, due to the breadth of the skills and knowledge.

Has unique functional / technical / system experience that no existing Ericsson employee or Line Consultant has.

Is perceived as an authority and respected leader, gets people motivated, and has a clear view, and integrity. Strong communication skill and have the ability to guide others

Speaks & writes English with outstanding ease, precision & fluency.

Assignment length: ASAP to 2019-03-31 (to start with)
