We are a team of six and searching for someone to join us in our Stockholm HQ as our lucky number seven! Though relatively small, our Stockholm based-team is actually part of a wider family that spreads over Brazil, the UK, and Mexico. Our team and the wider department works as iZettle’s gatekeeper and as such, is charged with protecting both the Company as well as our merchant population. It is down to our analysts, engineers, agents and data scientists to ensure that iZettle maintains a safe and secure financial ecosystem.

The Gatekeepers

Deliveringworld class products for our customers means that we have to keep our financial environment safe from illegal activity, illicit behaviour and general malpractice. Someone has to take care of the darker side of handling the moneyzand that isdown to us! We are a team made up Risk Analysts, Data Scientists, Computer Engineers and RiskAgents. We work together in order to ensure that both the company and our merchant population are protected.We monitor, surveil, analyse and assess the financial flow in order to ensure that iZettle is being used for the right rather than wrong reasons! As iZettle grows we too must ensure that new products and services are tested and hardened to the threats/risk posed bywould-be criminals.

We are looking for someone to join our Risk Operations Team as a Junior Analyst. What does that mean?As a Junior Risk Analyst (JRA)you will find yourself learning how to assess behaviour patterns, monitor payment flows for fraudulent activity, support Senior Analysts (SRAs),learn how to investigate, report, liaisewith law enforcement and develop your own project. You will also be forced to think big and bold. We aim to innovate and maintain forward momentum. It is very important that we alwaysimprove upon our existing systems and procedures. You will also bepart of a team made up of agreat bunch of people!

- Administrative skills - you can organise yourself and your tasks
- Customer engagement and/or Customer Support experience
- Curiosity and the desire to improve how things work

- Experience of credit/lending, collections,info systems and collating as well as analysing data to support decision making
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Ability to enthuse people
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to prioritise multiple tasks and meet deadlines with a “can do” approach
- Be competent with G Suite
- Speak English fluently
- Flexibility and humour

In an ideal world you’ll...

- Knowledge of SQL/Python
- Have a professional proficiency in the following languages: German and Dutch
- Have experience with the pan flute
- Have hadexperience within amultinational Tech company
- Have a strong interest in new techniques, technology and methods
