IT project manager

For our client we are looking for a IT project manager.

Job description:
You are an experienced IT project manager fluent in both written and spoken Swedish and English. Knowledge about the company and their methods and processes is a qualification. To succeed in this position you need to be strong in building teams, cross-functional work, be communicative, show drive and initiative and be energized by challenges. The project is ongoing since a year ago and the ability to enter a well-established team is very important.

- Team player
- Deep understanding of the agile manifesto
- Establish efficient and clear routines within the project and coach the team in the agile work flow
- Coordinate the involved and affected parts of the organisation
- Measure and report the progress
- Ensure that the delivery execution is aligned and coordinated with other ongoing projects within organisation.
- Communicate the project goals and progress to the affected parts of organisation.
- Fluent in both English and Swedish
- Good knowledge of issue management systems, like JIRA or similar.
