Regional Manager Gothenburg

We are looking for an outstanding Sales Leader to join our amazing team in Gothenburg.

You will play a crucial role in taking the business in Gothenburg to the next level as we continue to develop our organization.

Role and responsibilities

Your Role:

- Lead the Gothenburg sales organization on daily basis and develop the team to reach sales excellence
- Inspire the team and find new ways to develop the sales organization
- Ensure achievement of revenue budget for the Sales Teams in Gothenburg
- Accurately reporting Gothenburg sales performance to the Global Sales manager
- Plan and implement strategic and tactical activities / processes to optimise the organisation, in line with the strategy for Mynewsdesk

What are we looking for:

- University Degree and/or proven success at B2B sales management
- Strong record of leadership, + 5 years
- + 5 years experience from SaaS businesses
- Successful history of selling to new customers
- A strong understanding to Customer Success
- Strong influencing, negotiation and closing skills
- Passion for PR/Communications
- Proactive, independent, creative and innovative thinker
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal (Swedish)
- Ability to work and thrive in a fast-paced, results orientated environment
- Be an honest, transparent and trustworthy team member, and actively involved in achieving team objectives
