Process consultants for sustainable forest industry

We are now looking for process consultants and specialists especially with experience in the following areas:

Steam and energy balances
Chemical recovery area systems
Mechanical pulping
Paper machines
Water and effluent treatment

You will work closely to our clients and you will be able to work very autonomously. However, often together with others in a team. A major part of the work will be done related to investments at pulp and paper mills. You will work in concept studies, feasibility studies and in implementation projects, but also with other studies, strategic analysis, optimization and troubleshooting during mill operation. Our customers are situated all over the world, but the majority of the work will be done from your home office. Approximately half of our consultants are situated in Solna, Sweden, but we are happy to employ consultants in other cities in Sweden and abroad.

Who are you?
We are looking for someone who wants to be part of ÅF’s success story.
You probably have a master degree in chemical engineering, mechanical engineering or similar and a some or several years’ experience from the forest industry. You like cooperating with others and having direct contact with clients. You appreciate a varying work with a continuously developed career.
You are analytical and have a passion for the pulp and paper business.
