Head Of Legal

Fyndiq is Sweden's largest online-marketplace for bargain products, now on our way to enter new markets. We are building a product that will be used by millions! As our head of legal, you will make sure we are a professional, fair player, providing high quality and efficient legal advice to our organisation.

As Head of Legal you will:

- Work in a fast paced environment on a wide range of legal issues and with different stakeholders.
- Support the business with commercial contracts, including review, drafting and negotiation.
- Help develop and implement policies with respect to product quality assurance when it comes to intellectual property rights, marketing and product compliance.
- Keep Fyndiq compliant, mitigate risks and provide sound advice to the organisation.
- Be an executive decision maker.
- Handle infringement claims, and other intellectual property related issues.
- Manage contacts with authorities

To succeed in this role you have:

- University degree in law
- 2+ years experience working as lawyer or inhouse legal counsel at a law firm or company.
- Experience of advising stakeholders on legal and business risks and handle contacts with authorities.
- Knowledge of intellectual property law, commercial contracts and data protection law (qualifying)
- Knowledge of GDPR and other data protection rules
- Great analytical skills and ability to pay close attention to details while still remaining pragmatic
- Responsible but flexible mindset, able to find creative solutions
- Excellent communication skills, fluent in English
