Even developers need help from time to time. That’s when they ask our support team for help. We are now looking for a Support Manager to strengthen our team!

Vidispine the company
Vidispine is a fast-growing IT company headquartered in Kista, Stockholm. We develop advanced systems for video and image management, powering large media production systems around the globe. The base of our business is an API-based video platform that our customers build into their video production workflows. The Vidispine platform powers production systems on all continents of the world, serving thousands of users with millions of files.

The Support Team
Our customer support team help our customers with development and integration of Vidispine Server - our API-based media management platform, configuration of our UI frameworks Vidixplore and Vidispine Development Toolkit, as well as management and operation of our cloud platform Vidinet. We work with REST APIs, SQL, Java and Ubuntu in local as well as cloud environments.

The Position
As a Support Manager you will lead our agile support team to find the best possible solution for the customer. You will have the overall responsibility, which include serve and support our global network of development partners, as well as leading your team forward to ensure that all customer cases get closed in time.

Who you are
You have a degree in Computer Engineering or Computer Science. You have a great interest in technical development and problem solving. You have experience in customer support. It is of merit with technical knowledge of Rest API’s, handling of video and image formats, AWS, Azure or any Vidispine products.

You are a person who easily understands new technology and not afraid of sharing your own creative ideas, both internally within the team but also with customers. You enjoy working close with customers to maintain a good customer relation.
