Product Cost Controller - Automotive

Job description:
We are currently looking for a Controller to work with Product Cost. You'll be working with updating and assuring the quality of the product cost information database such as material cost, vendor tooling and Design & Development costs. You will also working to ensure that Bill of Material (BOM) used for the calculation variants are aligned with the engineering structure and updated according to latest purchasing information.
Responsibilities and tasks:
gt; Ensure that all relevant cost items from estimates and contracts are accurate and in line with the progress of the sourcing process
gt; Safeguard that the cost forecast reported is in line with the progress of the product change management process
gt; Plan and execute cost related activities together with Vice President/PSS responsible for functional areas
gt; Support line management in the sourcing activities and with business case analysis
gt; Report cost forecasts to concerned groups
gt; Report problems and participate in improvement work on present and future procedures, processes and systems
gt; Represent finance in various investigations and groups
Required skills:
gt; A Degree within finance or equivalent
gt; 2-3 years of financial project management (preferably from the Automotive industry)
gt; Structured and analytical with a thorough mindsetSkilled in usting MS Office - Excel, PPT, Word
gt; Ability to work independently and cross-functionally in teams in a changing environment
gt; Fluent in English and preferablySwedish
