For our client we are looking for a Transport & Logistics Administrator.
Job description:
You will be working with the export of our products both within and outside Europe. This work includes the preparation of all documentation needed for the shipment (waybills, documents for customs) and booking of transport (by truck, air or boat). You will also be responsible for our deliveries in Sweden.

The role includes a lot of contact with customers (internal and external), customs and shipping agents. You will also be responsible to the following tasks:
- Send Intrastat declaration (Swedish Foreign Trade with EU) to SCB once/month.
- SOX control
- Handle disputes
- Handle Restitution and Suspension
- Handle goods marking and take photo of goods
- Create and send invoice to customer and managing credit
- Legalization and visa documents at Chamber of commerce and Consulate
- Certify freight invoices in SIW
- Sort out wrong deliveries
- Find solutions when goods are stuck in Customs around the world
- Correct wrongs in packing lists and invoices in SAP R/3 due to late information from our customers
- Ensure inbound and /or outbound product delivery and tracking.
- Ensures shipments are sent on time and according to defined plan and schedule.

As person, you need to be stress resistant and be able to work in a fast pace. You have good prioritization skills and you work in a structured and careful way. You are independent and have the ability to single-handedly solve problems that can occur. It is important to keep yourself updated in terms of new export regulations in the countries in which we work with. Likewise, it is important that you are service minded and have a positive attitude when the work involves a lot of contact with customers. Being flexible is of great importance.
