Customer Support Agent - German-speaking

Natural Cycles is one of Stockholm's hottest startups and the world's leading startup in the area of contraception and reproductive health. Besides providing women with a life-changing tool to monitor their fertility, the application is also a unique research platform yielding exciting new clinical data on a regular basis.

We are looking for a Customer Support Agent to join our team. As a Customer Support Agent at Natural Cycles you willengage with the core of our company – our Cyclers (customers) and give them the support they need regarding our product.

What you will be doing

- Accurately respond to Cyclers’ or potential Cyclers’ inquiries via multiple channels such email, online chat or social media
- Answer questions, give advice and support in queries ranging from menstrual cycles to payments, app related, logistics queries etc.
- Engage with our Cyclers and build trust to create memorable interactions with Natural Cycles
- Maintain detailed knowledge of our product, policies, and marketing strategies
- Contribute to identifying areas of improvement with the Cycler journey in focus
- Meet individual quality service goals while appropriately prioritising workload to meet individual targets and set standards, as well as department goals

What skills and experience you should have

A minimum of 1-year experience in Customer Service/Support
Great communication skills, a pedagogical approach and attentive to customer needs, expectations and emotions
Confidence to make independent decisions to resolve a Cycler's problem
Service-minded and compassionate
Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, both independently and as a part of a team
Interest in the male and female reproductive system and comfortable with discussing reproduction, sexual relations and Cyclers personal problems
Previous experience in the healthcare field or (health) education field is a plus
Strong computer skills, specifically Google Drive is a must
Fluent or native level of German
Fluent or native level of English
Fluent/native level of any of the following languages is a plus;Brazilian Portuguese, Spanish, Swedish, French, Italian.
