Innovation Leader to Cybercom Stockholm

To continue to drive Stockholm’s innovation zone and to make this happen, we are looking for an awesome Innovation Leader in Stockholm that will lead the work of developing a more structured way of making full use of our innovation time and capabilities to help our clients and partners.

Each Cybercom office/site has an Innovation Zone that offers the possibility to evaluate and assess new ideas, develop working prototypes in emerging technologies and run pilot projects in an agile innovative environment.


Your role:


You will act as the leader for the local Innovation Zone, be responsible for the site’s innovation vision and strategy and develop, own and execute the yearly Innovation business plan. You will be an innovation “enabler” who proactively takes actions to remove impediments and challenges to develop a more conducive innovation eco-system. You report to the site manager and collaborate with relevant stakeholders on almost daily basis.


Typical responsibilities can include, but not limited to, organizing and running workshops to understand client needs, presenting Cybercom’s Innovation offerings to various stakeholders, helping the team with prioritization, offering innovation coaching and be responsible for the idea management system.


You will also be part of a network/forum of other Innovation Leaders across Cybercom Group that together with the Head of Innovation drive Cybercom’s strategic agenda for innovation.


Who are you?


You have an entrepreneurial/intrapreneurial spirit and experience developing innovations & product/offer within emerging technology. You are a strong advocate for Innovation and testing new ideas. You are a Self-starter with the ability to effectively operate, collaborate and deliver results with high energy and optimistic outlook. You will bring clarity to complex issues.


Preferred requirements and skills:


- University degree in a related field, ideally in a combination of technology and business

- Strong verbal and written communication skills (English and Swedish)

- Background in software development either as a Scrum master or a Product owner

- Demonstrated expertise in project management and Innovation management
