HR Administrator

or our client we are looking for a HR Administrator .

Job description:
The client are setting up the HR Transformation and prepare for the next step.
To restart the process it will take time and in the meantime there is a risk of the needed tasks will not be handled in the correct way which will potentially could lead to delays for the transformation. The client need extra support with administration. The project support will keep time planning, responsible for Master file, prepare documentation for unions, set up working routines in the project, org charts, etc.Propose to bring in a project support from a temp agency for a limited time (now until end of January) to fill the resource gap until the recruitment is finalized.

Competence

Microsoft Excel: 3-5 Years Essential

Project Administration: 3-5 YearsEssential

Experience from project support. Excellent excel skills is required, Service minded. Fast in understanding complex structures and simplifying it in creating overview and time plans.
