Senior project manager!

For our client we are now looking for a requirement analyst / project leader who can work with their solutions for their marketplaces overseas and their affiliates.

The role is a combined role and means sitting on two chairs; in some projects you will have the role of a requirement analyst and in others the role of project leader. And in some minor project you will be the one doing both roles. You will be part of a small team where a key skill is being able to adapt to different roles and working closely with business and all our other stakeholdes. The organization is international and also includes external suppliers in other countries such as India, China and Korea. The work in the project is characterized by high pace, a lot of dependencies and highly competent people with different experiences in the company. This is a chance to learn how our client is working in teams breaking new ground and also to have fun!

Work Task - requirement analyst
Work closely with the business and development teams, from business need to released functionality
Coordinate requirements and collaborate with suppliers, other maintenance teams and our business.
Support and be a sounding board for business, architects and testers
Make sure that requirements are satisfactorily specified prior to development cycles
Participate in the review of requirements, design- and technical specifications
Constantly search for improvements in the requirement process
Handle investigations and facilitate workshops when needed

Work Task - project mananger
Report status to steering group or sponsor
Lead the project team
Work seamless with your peers: other project managers, consultants, employees, business stakeholders, end - users etc.
Set and follow-up on time plans, budgets, goals
Be a strong partner to the Business Project Manager
Be part of and sometimes lead workshops
Investigating problems and come up with creative solutions
Support business with demos, training and acceptance test

Specific Competence
At least 5 years work experience within requirement specification and/or Project management for IT-solutions.
It’s a must that you have solid experience from requirement engineering in development project or maintenance situations, and a framework around requirement handling such as methods, modeling and documentation.
You have strong communication skills and a business oriented mindset.
You are interested in the end customers experience.
You should be good at expressing yourself verbally and in writing in both English and Swedish.
Are self -propelled and can prioritize your workload with minimal supervision, you are not afraid to seek knowledge on your own
Good understanding of the technical aspects of e-commerce platforms and underlying methods for logistics and payments.
Fluency in English is a must, since all communication and documentation will be done in English.
Experience from managed service or offshore development is an advantage.
