WHAT WILL YOU DO?
As a Global Order Coordinator at the Customer Order Department, you support the Global Order Team when it comes to order routines, processes and our ERP-system, IFS. One of your main tasks is to implement and secure the same way of working within the team, you are also the IFS and systems specialist within the department. Furthermore, you will also work as a project leader for order related projects as well as representing the department in different internal projects. In addition to the role as Coordinator you will be the back-up for the Global Order Manager. The position also involves a few days of travelling on a yearly basis.

Other responsibilities and tasks: 

Supporting the process owner by helping to develop, streamline and implement the global order process
To mediate and coordinate with different departments within Axis, always with the customer close to heart.
Establish and nurture a strong relationship with our fellow order teams, distributors and Sales organization
Document and maintain instructions and routines according to organizational guidelines

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

You have held similar roles in an international environment or within a global organization with a minimum of 2 years’ experience.
You have experience of working in IFS, our ERP-system and good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
You are an experienced communicator with excellent written and spoken English and Swedish to manage international contacts in a multi-cultural environment. Other languages are beneficial.
You have capacity to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a structured way and with a smile.
You effectively structure and prioritize your own work to meet deadlines and set KPI’s.
You have an eye for details and must be able to keep processes and instructions up to date.
You are a problem-solver with the ability to cope with continuous changes.
We believe that you are an administrative professional with highest focus on customer satisfaction and excellent understanding of customers’ needs in different cultures. You have the ability to show initiative and possess a keen interest in driving improvements and streamlining internal processes related to your area in a structured way, always maintaining highest attention to detail.

THE GLOBAL ORDER DEPARTMENT
You will be a part of the Global Order Team within Axis. The Central Order Team in Lund consists of approximate 15 people and together with the local Order teams based in Americas, Asia and Russia we form the Global Order Team.
