In October 2017, our platform was integrated into Swedbank, resulting in 4.3 million customers getting easy access directly to our subscription management service. In order to continue our expansion and prioritize customer experience, we need to expand our family with a passionate Customer Relations Manager. About the job

As you might know the regulation in the fintech world brings a whole menu of exciting questions, dilemmas and problems to address and consider. Answering these questions and solving these problems will unlock a lot of new business opportunities. Not to mention everything related to good processing of personal information consumers’ around the world will be entrusting us with (GDPR), to the paradigm shift with Payment Service Directive 2 (PSD2).As a legal talentyou will work with a broad perspective of areas - for example in company law, contract law, compliance and labor law - everything a rapid growth company needs. to thrive.

Besides that you can expect to work on a wide field from attending in negotiations related to partnership agreements together with our Bank Product team, to support the board on strategic topics such as regulatory licenses, enabling the company to seize new business opportunities as well in the Nordics and other European markets.
To work with improvements in our ongoing compliance responsibilities and from time to time support on topics like citizenship and work permits for new talents joining the team.
