Automotive Engineering is a business area within Dfind Science & Engineering, which is responsible for creating value for our automotive customers by hiring the industry’s top engineers. This is where you play a part, because right now we need your skills and competence.

Assignment Description

Modelling, data gathering, simulation of various discrete and stochastic road profiles with focus on chassis component dimensioning loads. Correlation with measurement data, model refinement as needed. Analysis and root cause investigation. Presenting results both via skype/email/phone and face to face, discussing with stakeholders, prioritization of tasks.

Requirements

Support platform project with road load data simulations, analysis of dynamics, optimization and sensitivity studies. Strong advantage: Nastran, HEEDS, nCode, F-tire.

Experience using ADAMS/Car with full vehicle simulation, good understanding of vehicle (i.e. car) dynamics.

Personal attributes

Self drive, ability to communicate clearly in both writing and in discussions with colleagues. English is a must. Not afraid of asking for help if needed. Ability to work in open office landscape with occasionally noisy surrounding. Ability to manage stress.
