inRiver’s services organization is growing. We are now adding this role to our expanding learning & development area; to help us enable our global customers, partners, external and internal users. A primary focus will be to drive e-learning and new innovative ways of delivering materials.

Do you consider yourself to be a structured, solutions oriented and social individual with experience of, and a keen interest in, building and developing a full learning & development function? We should talk!

We would like you to:

- Be responsible for driving and executing on learning & development strategies.
- Take responsibility for identifying gaps and needs, making sure content is created & published.

- Conduct online & classroom trainings
- Be the link into product development to proactively create new material and content.
- Be the link for all functions at inRiver to map, plan and execute training needs.
- Own all content in training-modules, how-to’s, best practices (https://www.teamtailor.com/app/companies/Mmc0ODfOaKg/jobs/new/posting#_msocom_3), videos and other content.

- At least 5 years in education/training focused roles.
- Previous experience in managing a learning & development function.
- Strong communication skills both verbally and in writing.
- Leadership experience is beneficial.
- Bachelor’s degree or similar educational background.
- Business level English.
