Trelleborg Headquarter is now looking for a dedicated Project Manager IT Infrastructure Services. This is an exciting job within Group IT and the Project Management Office. Group IT consists of 100 dedicated colleagues. We are all looking forward to welcoming you to our community!


About this job:


In this job you will be responsible for the overall direction, coordination, implementation, execution, control and completion of assigned projects ensuring consistency with our company strategy, commitments and goals and provide overall leadership to guide your project team towards successful project results. Projects involve network, server, software implementation, upgrades and PC deployment. In this job you will report to the Manager of the Project Management Office. This job requires travelling; approx. 30%.

Tasks:

- Coordinate work performed by IT staff and internal customers/partners by defining project specifications, performing feasibility and needs/impact assessments
- Develop detailed project plans and manage all implementation processes including resource allocation, progress tracking, monitoring change control process, testing, documentation, training and on-time delivery within budget constraints
- Identify, track, monitor, communicate and manage project-related issues, scope changes, variances and contingencies that may arise during the implementation of IT projects
- Maintain effective communication and working relationships with customers and project team members
- Build, develop, and grow any business relationships vital to the success of project management
- Support and actively participate in developing best practices and tools for project execution and management

We believe that you have:


- Experience of 4+ years of IT Project Management
- Technical competence and experience, in order to understand and challenge the different activities, such as technical, marketing, purchasing, manufacturing etc
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal
- Ability to communicate efficiently with all organizational levels (co-workers, managers, steering committee, 3rd party vendors) from different countries and cultures
- Experience of mastering complex situations, fast-paced environments and changes
- Ability to effectively lead a cross-functional, culturally diverse team towards a common goal
