Controller - Facility Management

Job description:
We are looking for an experienced Controller to work with facility management, joining a team of 13 skilled controllers. For Facility Management you will be part of the journey to becoming truly Global. You will be handling all financial control work regarding European Plants and create the Global analysis and presentation package for Facility Management. This is an assignment where we are looking for someone driven and capable to lead that journey forward.

You are responsible for the analysis of actuals and the development versus outlook in the monthly closing process for both operational cost and capex. You will consolidate the Global FM view and also secure outlook processes, including analysis and comments of Global FM. It is important that you have good communicative skills.

We see that you are a committed person that wants to delivery with good prioritization skills to get all tasks completed in the time required. For you, having a good quality of the work you complete is important and you also have a good way to pedagogically describing the numbers.

Required skills:
University degree in Finance or equivalent.
3 years of work experience in Finance or equivalent
Fluent in English.
Good computer skills, preferably SAP and Excel.
