Premium Retention Manager

We are a Stockholm-based digital health startup. We’ve had over 25 million downloads, been featured by Apple and Google, and have helped countless people to live happier and healthier lives. Today our Lifesum app is available for iOS, Android, Apple Watch and Google Wear, amongst others. We believe in a highly-personalised, human approach to health, using data and behavioural science to try to help people live better lives.

We are looking for an experienced Product Manager (new role)toberesponsible for developing and implementing our Premium Retention strategy.

What you’ll do

- Find out whatmotivates Premium users to stay on Premium across the user’s lifecycle, guided by data-driven insights, relevant A/B-tests and qualitative and quantitative user research studies.
- Develop a retention strategy to hit our revenue/subscriber targetsand build consensus around your priorities.
- Define roadmaps to test and deliver retention drivingexperiences. Lead the prioritization of features based on ICE (Impact, Confidence and Ease).
- Establish short + long-term goals and communicate how the team is tracking against those goals.
- You will be part of an agile organization, and partner with marketing, tech, design, and product insights to increase premium loyalty.
- Work with stakeholders across the organization to help the company achieve its goals.

Who you are

- At least 3 years of driving premium subscription retention at a consumer tech company.
- You have a proven track record of driving customer retention and can point to specific examples of strategies and initiatives
- You have experience with data driven product development and knowledge of agile methodologies
- Excellent analytical skills and leverage them to make more informed product decisions
- You are an excellent communicator and a compelling storyteller. You inspire and motivate people around you.
- You’re passionate about food & health.

You will report to the VP Growth. The role is based in Stockholm, Sweden.
